Warrender AutocontrolTM – Series VFM (VFD controllers) are designed to automate and protect virtually any type of pump. The device will manage the operation of the pump to maintain a constant desired hydraulic condition (such as pressure, flow, temperature or other). Systems will run at the speed necessary to meet user’s requirements, ensuring energy savings and extending the life of rotating or wearing components.
VFM controllers features:
- Protection against motor overload and dry running
- Integrated soft start and soft stop functions, extending the life of the systems and reducing peak absorption
- Indication of input current and supply voltage
- VFM device can control a second or third pump at constant speed DOL (direct-on-line)
- The degree of protection, IP55 makes possible to install the device anywhere including humid and dusty environments

Warrender AutocontrolTM – series PM (power monitors) are devices that provide to pumps users a low cost, non invasive and precise means of safe-guarding pumps of all types against adverse operating conditions, including (but not limited to):
- Dry running
- Dead-heading or operation below minimum flow
- Cavitation or "pseudo-cavitation" (I.e., entrained air, suction leak, vortex, etc.)
- Internal obstruction
The device allows the user to set a minimum threshold value for normal operation if the pump runs below the value set. The device will stop the pump protecting it from any adverse event during the pump operation.
