NIKKISO delivers first LEWA pump produced in Japan

After the start of the ‘knock down production H-plant’ at the Japanese Higashimurayama plant, the first LEWA pump has been delivered to a customer.
The recipient of the first ‘Japanese’ ecoflow is a university in Japan. It will be used in their laboratory.

LEWA obtains license for chromatography tech from Bayer Technology Services
Since the 1950s, LEWA has been a preferred partner of Bayer. This mutual respect has led to the assignment of chromatography licenses from Bayer Technology Services (BTS) to LEWA.
From now on, LEWA is going to handle the continuing development, marketing and manufacturing of complete HPLC and SMB systems based on BTS know-how.
Joint competence in metering and conveying of fluids
At the 30th Achema in Frankfurt, LEWA and NIKKISO presented their innovative product range together for the first time.
With working exhibits and a virtual reality animation, experts demonstrated pump and system solutions for various industries.
Besides displaying an innovative product portfolio, the enterprise also took the opportunity to celebrate its 60th birthday.
LEWA and Burckhardt Compression AG team up
During a meeting in August 2012, LEWA and Burckhardt Compression AG officially sealed their cooperation in the field of carbon capture and storage (CCS). The goal of this collaboration is to jointly develop and manufacture systems that combine methods of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) with CCS.
This means that the companies are going to produce plants that increase the production capacity of oil and, simultaneously, decrease emissions of greenhouse gases.
