CCR will be exhibiting at CPHI, the pharmaceutical ingredients event in Milan, between the 2nd and the 4th of October 2007, in hall 11 at stand 11K83.
Meet us at CPHI, where our team will be available to present our expertise and our fleet of more than 13,000 containers available for short, medium and long-term contracts. We will also introduce our new range of solutions for handling liquid pharmaceutical and chemical products.
CCR will present four types of stainless-steel IBCs and portable tanks, specially made for the transportation and storage of liquid hazardous and non-hazardous raw pharmaceutical and chemical products.
STAINLESS-STEEL IBCS
These stainless-steel tanks are:
- U1000ZV – cylindrical IBC in-frame; 1,000L; with steam heating system and insulation
- MC1000 – cubic IBC without frame; 1,000 L; stackable in 20ft ISO box and equipped with a bottom steam heating system of 0.45m²
- EC600 – 600L cylinder with asymmetrical discharge to ease unloading of viscous products
All our metallic IBCs are UN 31 A/Y-certified and labelled for shipment of liquid hazardous materials under, RID, ADR and IMDG regulations. They are suitable for the transport and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid products in Packaging Groups (PG) II and III, with vapour pressure not exceeding 1.1bar at 50°C.
PRESSURE TANKS
The cylinder pressure tank is 1,100L 316Ti stainless-steel of UN type T22, with test pressure sets at 15bar and MAWP at 10bar.
CCR’s pressure tanks are specially designed for the transportation and storage of hazardous liquid chemical and raw pharmaceutical products of PG I, and are available in UN types T12, T14, T20 and T22. They are approved under RID, ADR, IMDG and US DOT regulations.
