Following the introduction of the new EURO 4 and EURO 5 standards the use of AdBlue® within the heavy vehicle industry is set to increase. For spill free bulk transfer of AdBlue®, TODO® recommend the use of our 2in and 3in range of TODO-MATIC® Dry Break® couplings. We do this with good reason.

The Quality Assurance Guidance Document of CEFIC, AUS 32 according to DIN 70070, paragraph 8.4 states "…foolproof connections must be employed so as to minimize the possibility of mistakes and contamination."

For these reasons leading manufacturers of AdBlue® have choosen to install the 2in TODO-MATIC® Dry Break® couplings on tanks between 4.000 - 10.000 litre and the 3in couplings on larger tanks. Our 3" TODO-MATIC® Dry Break® couplings is also used for loading/unloading distribution tank trucks.
TODO-MATIC® DRY BREAK® COUPLINGS
Features of the TODO-MATIC® Dry Break® couplings are:
* Valves open and close automatically on connection and disconnection.
* Minimal residual loss on disconnection (e.g. maximum 0.35cc for 2" DN50).
* Will connect and disconnect under pressure and flow where necessary.
