PTTGC International USA, a subsidiary of PTT Chemical, has signed an agreement to acquire a 50% stake in US-based biopolymer company, NatureWorks for THB4.6bn ($150m).
The investment in has been undertaken in accordance with PTTGC's long-term business plan.
NatureWorks will provide PTTGC with competitive advantages through its biopolymer products market leadership and technology.
