IMCD Italia, a subsidiary of IMCD Group, has completed the acquisition of Organotec's Italy-based fine chemicals business.
Organotec distributes fine chemicals and their associated technologies, as well as special organic chemical products. It mainly focuses on pharmaceutical industry.
Organotec also provides highly specialised intermediates which can be used during existing and future synthesis involved in new drug projects and finished products in other fields.
