Fertiliser and speciality chemical maker Israel Chemicals has signed a deal to acquire a further 50% stake in Nutrisi Holdings, bringing its stake to 100%.
According to Reuters, Nutrisi owns NU3, the maker of soluble NPK fertiliser components, in collaboration with Norwegian fertiliser company Yara.
NU3 owns two plants in Belgium and Netherlands and sells its products globally.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
