O'Rourke Petroleum buys Texas-based Penco Oil
Houston-based O'Rourke Petroleum, a distributor of lubricants, fuels and select environmental services, has acquired Texas-based Penco Oil Company for an undisclosed sum.
O'Rourke offers petroleum products and services for use in petrochemical and refining, automotive, oil and gas, construction, industrial, marine and transportation industries, while Penco distributes Shell, Pennzoil and Castrol and offers related lubricant services.

Penco Oil Company CEO Joe Smith said the company believes that the deal will meet its customers' satisfaction and the needs of its employees.
"In addition, I am confident the expanded line of products and services now available through O'Rourke will help our customers streamline processes and, ultimately, solve many of their business challenges and needs," Smith added.
