FMC has completed its acquisition of the European persulphates business of RheinPerChemie from Unionchimica.
The transaction includes acquisition of the persulphates manufacturing facility in Rheinfelden and a sales office in Hamburg, both in Germany, by FMC.
The deal is expected to strengthen FMC Peroxygens' global reach and broaden the company's product portfolio for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
