Singapore-based Ellba Eastern and Shell Singapore have lifted their force majeure on styrene monomer supplies.
Ellba operates a 550,000t/year styrene monomer plant, while Shell operates a 350,000t/year styrene monomer plant at Jurong Island, reports Platts.
The Ellba plant had problems throughout this year, which led it to declare a force majeure on styrene monomer supplies.
Shell declared force majeure on styrene monomer supplies following a fire at the refinery.
