Chevron Phillips Chemical's wholly owned subsidiary Chevron Phillips Chemical International has completed the acquisition of Neste Oil's polyalphaolefin plant in Beringen, Belgium.

Polyalphaolefins are used in high-performance lubricants and other applications.
US-based Chevron Phillips Chemical is a producer of olefins and polyolefins, and a supplier of aromatics, alpha olefins, styrenics, specialty chemicals, plastic piping and polymer resins.
