Ferus to Construct Liquid Nitrogen Plant in Canada
Ferus will construct a liquid nitrogen plant in British Columbia, Canada, with an investment of more than $20m.
The plant will produce liquid nitrogen from the air for the purpose of stimulating the production of clean-burning natural gas from wells located throughout this region.
Calgary-based Ferus, which currently owns and operates six cryogenic plants in Western Canada, plans to make the liquid nitrogen facility operational by the end of next year.
Ferus provides a dedicated supply of cryogenic fluids, liquid carbon dioxide and liquid nitrogen.
