China Petroleum Jilin Bags $40m China National Petroleum Deal

China Petroleum Jilin Chemical Engineering & Construction Company (JCCC) has bagged two contracts worth approximately ¥267m ($40m) from China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), according to the Shanghai Securities News.

The contracts account for about 29% of the value of company's total contracts this year, Chinaknowledge.com reports.

JCCC has inked a ¥187.1m contract with CNPC's refining and chemical engineering subsidiary for the construction of a petroleum storage tank at Dongling Oil Depot in Liaoning Province.

The company has also signed another ¥80m contract with CNPC's Jilin subsidiary for expansion of a 420,000t propylene project, JCCC said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
