Daelim Industrial has completed construction of Chevron Phillips' polymer plant in Saudi Arabia.
The polymer plant will have a capacity of 1.7 million tons including 550,000t of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 550,000t of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), 400,000t of polypropylene and 200,000t of polystyrene.
The contract for the project was awarded in 13 December 2007 and the construction work on the project began on 25 August 2008.
