Koch Fertilizer has completed the acquisition of UK-based fertiliser blender and distributor J&H Bunn and its subsidiaries for an undisclosed amount.
The company has turnover in excess of £175m annually.
Koch Fertilizer and affiliates produce and distribute nitrogen fertilisers, including anhydrous ammonia, urea, nitric acid, UAN solutions, ammonium nitrate solution, ammonium polyphosphate, ammonium thiosulfate, muriate of potash, diammonium Phosphate, monoammonium Phosphate and phosphate compounds.
The company has a capacity to produce, market and distribute more than ten million tons of fertiliser products per year.
