Adam Dempsey is a research associate at the UK Defence Forum and a researcher for Bergmans Defence. He worked for the Transnational Crisis Project, and wrote a number of articles on defence and security issues. More recently he has focused upon the defence procurement policies of Eastern Europe and South-East Asia.
