Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca - CCI announced its acquisition of Sweden-based BTG Valves ¡V a specialty valve producer for process and power industries.

With extensive experience in steam conditioning and turbine bypass systems technology, BTG Valves will broaden CCI¡¦s severe service valve product offering. This merger will enhance CCI¡¦s position as the market leader, offering quality products and competitive pricing, backed by superior service. CCI will further its commitment to meeting the customer¡¦s performance needs on a global level with an increase in cost-savings and shorter lead times made possible by these new manufacturing and purchasing synergies.

BTG Valves¡¦ manufacturing facilities are located in Sweden and Austria. With sales and service locations in more than a dozen countries worldwide, BTG Valves will be joining the global family of CCI brand names, which include Sulzer, DRAG„µ and Bailey.
