With the Ansitex® single mechanical seal cartridge, Burgmann Industries GmbH & Co. KG of Wolfratshausen/Germany presents a seal design with US standard (inch) installation dimensions. Its high standardization capability and extensive application spectrum make this unit optimally suited for applications on ANSI pumps.
The Ansitex features a simple design and has only eleven different rugged components and has up to 50% fewer parts compared to products from other manufacturers. So this type of seal accommodates the current trend in the operator market "to avoid insular solutions in favor of compact seal cartridges which are easy to install and are designed for standardized applications and installation dimensions."
