Wanner International - Positive Displacement Pumps

Wanner's Hydra-Cell® seal-less positive displacement processing pumps are designed for reliable operation in a wide range of pumping applications. Our pumps can be used in:

  • Chemical processing plants – metering and dosing (meeting API 675 performance criteria). Spray drying, transferring, cleaning processes with recycled and hot fluids. Caustics, solvents, acids and resins. Flue gas emission control
  • Oil and gas industry – Re-injection of brackish and soured water, additive injection (performance enhancers, dyes, caustics, DI water), Gas drying, Bentonite injection, Glycol spraying, spraying urea and ammonia, wash down with recycled water. Pumping Hexane, Butane, Propane, Ether and other distillates
  • Bio diesel processing – methanol, ethanol, non lubricating liquids. Vegetable oils with particles
  • Washing and cleaning processes – High pressure, high temperature, recycled water. Caustics, solvents.
  • Food industry – cleaning (caustic, DI water, recycled and hot fluids), spraying and transferring of sugar solutions, shear sensitive fats and oils
  • Reverse osmosis – de-salination, brackish water. Acid and general chemical recovery
  • Machine tool cooling – oils and emulsions containing particles up to 0.5mm
  • Paper mills – cleaning with recycled fluids, paper trimming, and chemical dosing
  • Mining – cleaning, seal and glad flushing

HYDRA-CELL® - SEAL-LESS POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMPS

ATEX approval means that the Hydra-Cell® seal-less positive displacement pumps are suitable for use in hazardous environments.

Wanner manufactures compact, low power consumption, positive displacement pumps under the Hydra-Cell® range. Hydra-Cell® positive displacement pumps have a unique patented designed and are able to handle problematic fluids that often destroy other pumps.

Our positive displacement pumps can be relied upon to process:

  • Fluids containing particles
  • Hot fluids
  • Recycled, water, solvents, acids
  • Corrosive fluids
  • Slurries
  • Abrasives
  • Liquid gases
  • Wettable powders
  • Fertilisers
  • Cutting fluids
  • Viscous fluids
  • Non-lubricating fluids
  • Ultra pure fluids
  • Chemicals
  • Adhesives, resins
  • Soap solutions
  • Salt water

DIAPHRAGM RUPTURE PROTECTION

Wanner's Kel Cell diaphragm rupture protection is a patented technology that gives protection to the diaphragm under a wide variety of adverse inlet conditions. Even complete blockage of the inlet.

Our Hydra-Cell® pumps are precision-built for superior performance under demanding plant conditions. Our pumps provide a positive displacement with a constant, linear, low pulse output and feature a heavy-duty industrial construction.

We build our pumps from a wide choice of materials, 316L stainless steel, Kynar and Hastelloy to mention a few. With high efficiency, 85% (low power consumption) in mind, requiring minimal maintenance (no cups, packings or seals) proven low life cycle costs, LCC.

The seal-less design ensures that:

  • Particles of at least 0.5mm can be pumped
  • The pump can run dry
  • Non lubricating, corrosive fluids can be pumped

We also produce a variety of customised designs .We can modify pump components to handle problematic liquids, critical performance specification and extreme operating conditions. We offer customised pump heads or body castings, matching OEM paint specifications.
