Randolph Austin - Peristaltic Pumps

A pump market leader since 1947, Randolph Austin has helped set the standards for quality and reliability. It offers a wide range of peristaltic pumps to meet a variety of applications, including ink transfer, slurry, water treatment, solvent transfer, laboratory and metering.

PERISTALTIC PUMPS

Randolph peristaltic pumps are manufactured to exacting tolerances with high-quality materials. Their rugged construction makes them ideal for applications where trouble-free performance is necessary.

Our peristaltic pumps are available in configurations such as explosion-proof pumps, variable speed, and air-driven and fixed-speed assemblies, to meet the various needs of our customers.

200 SERIES SMALL VOLUME PERISTALTIC PUMPS

Our 200 series small-volume peristaltic pumps have an aluminum pump-housing of 2¼in x 2¼in x 25/8in. They are available in fixed speed, air drive and variflow DC speed models.

These positive-displacement pumps have a flow rate of up to 0.12GPM (0.45LPM), and are ideal for laboratory and water-treatment applications.

300 SERIES SMALL VOLUME PERISTALTIC PUMPS

300 series small-volume peristaltic pumps possess a polycarbonate pump-housing of 31/8in x 31/8in x 13/8in, and are designed to be directly mounted to a motor.

They are available in fixed speed and variflow DC assemblies, and are perfect for ink pump, laboratory, fluid transfer and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) applications.

400 SERIES SMALL TO INTERMEDIATE VOLUME PUMPS

The polycarbonate pump-housing of 400 series small to intermediate volume pumps is 43/8in x 4½in x 35/16in. These peristaltic pumps are available as mechanical speed control, air drive and variflow DC assemblies.

These positive-displacement pumps have a flow curve of up to 0.75GPM (2.8LPM). Ideal applications are ink pump, transfer, wastewater, chemical transfer and metering functions.

500 SERIES SMALL TO INTERMEDIATE VOLUME PUMPS

500 series small to intermediate volume pumps have an aluminum pump-housing of 45/8in x 53/8in x 43/16in and internal stainless-steel components.

Available in fixed speed, mechanical speed control, air drive, variflow DC and explosion-proof assemblies, these positive-displacement pumps have flow rates of 0.95GPM (3.6LPM). Ideal applications include industrial, ink, food, metering, solvents, slurry, pulp and paper, and laboratory functions.

INTERMEDIATE-VOLUME PUMPS

Our 600 series of intermediate volume peristaltic pumps is available in three distinct pump-head styles:

  • 610: aluminum pump-housing of 513/16in x 65/8in x 415/16in
  • 615: 316 stainless-steel pump housing of 513/16in x 65/8in x 415/16in
  • 620: aluminum pump-housing of 63/8in x 51/8in x 6in, with hinged side-plate

These intermediate-volume pumps are available in fixed speed, mechanical speed control, air drive, variflow DC and explosion-proof assemblies.

The flow rates of these positive-displacement pumps are 3.4GPM (12.9LPM). They are ideal for ink pump, water treatment, pharmaceutical, laboratory, food, solvent, slurry, pulp and paper, and industrial applications.

INTERMEDIATE TO LARGE VOLUME PUMPS

Our 700 series of intermediate to large volume pumps have an aluminum pump-housing of 10in x 93/16in x 87/16in. They are available in fixed speed, mechanical speed control, air drive, variflow DC and explosion-proof assemblies.

Positive-displacement pumps with a flow rate of up to 9.5GPM (35.6LPM), they are perfect for ink pump, water treatment, pharmaceutical, food, solvent, slurry, pulp and paper, and industrial applications.

LARGE-VOLUME PUMPS

Our 800 series large-volume pumps have an aluminum pump-housing of 171/16in x 163/16in x 10in.

Available in fixed speed, air drive and variflow assemblies, these positive-displacement pumps have a flow rate of up to 21GPM (79.5 LPM).

They are ideal for ink pump, water treatment, solvent, slurry, pulp and paper, and industrial applications.

PERISTALTIC PUMP APPLICATIONS

The industries Randolph peristaltic pumps are used in include:

  • Printing (ink pumps for flexographic and rotograuve presses)
  • Food and dairy
  • Fluid transfer (including acids and waste materials)
  • Wastewater (sampling pumps and units)
  • Paper and pulp
  • Filling
  • Herbicide

EXTRUDED FLEXIBLE-TUBING

Additionally, Randolph Austin manufactures extruded flexible tubing from a variety of materials, including:

  • Vytex™ (a flexible PVC)
  • Prothane II™ (a thermoplastic polyurethane)
  • ED-Plex™ (a thermoplastic elastomer)
