PROCESS PUMPS AND MAGNETIC-DRIVEN PUMPS

CP Pumpen specialises in process pumps and magnetic-driven sealless pumps for corrosive, abrasive, particle charged, toxic or combustible liquids.

Different arrangements (such as vertical, in-line and console), are available, as well as executions in close-coupled and bearing-frame arrangement made of stainless-steel and special alloy.

CP Pumpen process pumps and magnetic-driven pumps have a hygienic design for pharmaceutical, sterile and food applications.

IN-LINE PUMPS

CP Pumpen supplies a range of in-line pumps. Advantages of our in-line pumps include:

VERTICAL PUMPS

CLOSE-COUPLED PUMPS

FRAME-MOUNTED PUMPS

Our frame-mounted drive pumps have the following advantages:

• Pump and motor mounted separately on a base plate
• Bearing pedestal can be used as a second safety barrier
• Pump driven by a driver coupling
• Pump and motor can be disassembled individually
• Easy handling of larger units
• Ideal for operating temperatures above 250°C
• Different bearing-frame lubrication options available
• Standardised dimensions according to EN 22858 and ISO 2858

CONSOLE PUMPS

Console pumps can be arranged horizontally, vertically and laterally (on a wall), and provide optimal insulation as well as ensuring no heat transfer from pump to baseplate through the pump casing feet.

There is no temperature-dependent shift of the pump axle and lowest temperature-dependent piping forces, and these console pumps are ideal for pumping of heat transfer fluids and cooling brines. Close-coupled or frame-mounted drives are available.

VERTICAL PEDESTAL-SUMP PUMPS

Our vertical pedestal-sump pumps deal for storage tanks without a bottom drain. They are available as sealless magnetic driven pumps or with a shaft seal, and can have a column length up to 4m and be combined with an injector to form a tank-unloading system for discharge of larger containers.

CUSTOMISED PUMPS

Heatable pumps, self-priming pumps, tank-unloading systems and vertical pedestal-sump pumps can be constructed to meet specific requirements, and manifold special constructions custom-made for your needs.

Solid plastic PTFE and PVDF, and PFA and ceramic-lined pumps are available for highly-corrosive liquids.

The very simple heating concept applied to CP pumps solves the typical problems incurred when pumping molten fluids or fluids with crystallising products. Optimal heat ability of the complete inner pump room with one single integrated heating jacket guarantees short heating-up time and maximises on-line time.

The patented, innovative temperature-monitoring shroud for metallic magnetic-driven sealless pumps (the traditional PT100 sensor), and shroud leakage monitoring or EL-FI motor monitoring, allow safe pump-surveillance.
