FPC Engineering Works Pvt Ltd (FPC) is an established, ISO 9001:2000 certified company, engaged in the complete mechanical design and manufacturing of process plant equipment for petrochemical, refinery, chemical, gas, engineering, power plant and other industries since 1973.

PRESSURE VESSELS

Pressure vessels are used as air receivers, storage tanks, recompression chambers, etc. in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industries. FPC is capable of manufacturing pressure vessels with a maximum capacity of 5m diameter and 25t weight.

Pressure vessels are custom designed to meet the unique specifications and requirements of every single client. FPC has supplied pressure vessels to clients such as Reliance Industries Ltd.

HEAT EXCHANGERS

The primary function of a heat exchanger is to transfer heat from one fluid to another in the most efficient manner. FPC has designed and built heat exchangers with the highest quality materials, strictly implementing customers' specifications and adhering to the international standards.

FPC can build heat exchanges having a maximum capacity of 200m3. FPC's heat exchangers enjoy a good reputation in the market and within many prestigious companies.

STEEL COLUMNS

FPC fabricates steel columns using two types of steel – stainless steel and carbon steel. Stainless steel columns can withstand high pressures and are inert to corrosion and other chemical reactions. FPC can build steel columns to a maximum capacity of 1.8m diameter and 20m in length. It has supplied custom made stainless steel columns to Indian as well as international companies including Reliance Industries Ltd and Kuwait National Oil Company.

AGITATORS

Agitators are used in mixing chemicals in refineries and petrochemical plants. FPC has designed and built agitators that are being used to mix a variety of chemicals. Custom built agitators built by FPC have been supplied to chemical and petrochemical plants such as Sun Pharma.

ECONOMIZERS

Economizers are intended to save energy/fuel that is consumed during chemical processes. FPC designs the economizers to suit the customer requirements and industry standards to help its customers save the maximum energy/fuel possible.

AIR RECEIVERS

Air receivers play an important role in receiving and storing compressed air or gases. Air receivers are used for different purposes ranging from refrigeration to starting an internal combustion engine. FPC supplies the air receivers with all the required accessories including pressure gauges, safety valves and drain cocks.
