DELUMPER CRUSHER

Delumper crushers reduce products to a desired output size with a positive, once-through chopping action. These units process agglomerates and chunks and reduce oversized solids to their basic grain size without over-grind, heat rise or fines.

The Delumper crusher is available with several cutting-mechanisms, as well as in single, double and triple-shaft configurations.

PIPELINE DELUMPER

The pipeline Delumper connects directly to pipe or duct systems via standard pipe flanges like an ordinary valve. Once installed, this pressure-rated unit quickly alleviates blockages, works the stream to free flow, improves processing and prevents damage to downstream equipment. It aggressively reduces entrained solids and immediately improves the flow properties of the system.

The pipeline Delumper has helped systems run smoothly and efficiently in wet or dry applications worldwide.

DELUMPER S4 SANITARY CRUSHERS

Delumper S4 ultra-sanitary crushers feature easy interior access, clean-in-place capability, quick changeover of cutting elements, and a meticulously polished finish. A convenient access door provides fast and easy access to the interior of the cutting chamber for cleaning.

These units are smooth operating, precision-constructed and available in several models and sizes.

TASKMASTER SHREDDERS

TASKMASTER shredders reduce a variety of solids with a positive, self-feeding, counter-rotating cutting mechanism. These units are available in a variety of models and sizes, from 2.2kW up to 110kW and 150hp, to meet a variety of application requirements.

5hp TASKMASTER TM8500 series shredders provide powerful shredding capabilities for a wide variety of applications. These fully-sealed units are provided for wastewater treatment as well as small solids applications.

TM2800 series shredders feature a 75hp motor for handling heavy, bulky waste, tires, steel drums, or heavy electronic-waste.

VULCANATOR® CUTTER AND SCREEN MAINTENANCE UNITS

VULCANATOR cutter and screen maintenance units feature a unique, low friction, granulator design which quickly reduces whole bales of rubber into small particles whilst still minimizing heat rise, without the need for a cooling system.

The split-clam shell design allows for easy maintenance of cutters and screens. These units are available with 110kW and 150hp drives and motors. Through its unique knife design, bales are disintegrated to desired output size in a one-step process. The system is available with a gravity or pneumatic-discharge system.

DEFINER MULTI-FUNCTION MILL

The DEFINER multi-function mill is a refined, versatile, sanitary, stainless steel size-reduction powerhouse that can reduce a variety of pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals to desired output size. All this is enclosed in ultra-compact housing that disassembles for cleaning and maintenance in less than a minute.

The DEFINER has the processing capabilities of several mills in one, as well as unparalleled ease of maintenance. This unit has a straight-through product flow with no bends or offsets, ensuring no accumulation within the unit.

SPIRALIFT AUGER SCREENS

These units employ a simple auger with brushes affixed to the outside that wipe a perforated screen and remove collected debris from it. The solids are conveyed from the screen to the unit discharge.

Spiralift auger screens are supplied with optional grinder for pre-conditioning the solids prior to screening. The grinder can also enhance washing processes.
