BULK BAG FILLERS

Bulk bag filling and emptying machines are suitable for handling free-flowing materials, such as powders, pellets, chips, lumps and flakes. The IBC-PF4 is one of Webster Griffin's seven types of bulk bag fillers. It is designed for the high-speed weigh-filling of big bags with only one operator. Requires low maintenance and uses Webster Griffin's patented 'semi-suspension' filling process to produce tightly packed, stable bags.

VALVE SACK FILLING

Webster Griffin's versatile valve sack packing machines fill valve sacks with free-flowing or non free-flowing powders or pellets.

FFS - FORM-FILL-SEAL MACHINES

Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) is now ideal for packing chemicals, plastics, fertilizer, building products and food ingredients into plastic bags from 2kg to 50kg. This robust range of machines offers an economical method of speeding up and automating your sack filling operation.

AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINES

The UPS500 automatic bagging machine is a versatile fully automatic bagging machine for 2kg to 25kg pre-made bags. It is ideal for packing food ingredients, dried pet-food, chemicals, plastics and building products into plastic, paper and PP bags.

OKURA ROBOT PALLETISER

OKURA palletiser for automatic palletising and / or depalletising with a state-of-the-art user-friendly control system. The OKURA robot now claims to be the most versatile palletiser in the world.

PALLET CONVEYORS

Webster Griffin's range of modular pallet conveyors consists of heavy-duty construction powered roller conveyors. These conveyors are available in stainless steel for highly corrosive atmospheres and food grade applications.
