Schwaben-Kunststoff manufactures HDPE and PP storage tanks and equipment for the safe handling of liquid chemicals, combined with the construction of chemical apparatus as standard products or custom-built solutions. Our products are used in a large number of industries, including chemical distribution, semiconductor, pulp and paper, solar energy, waste water treatment, automotive, food and beverage and other industrial sectors.

HDPE and PP storage tanks

Storage tanks from Schwaben-Kunststoff are built to conform to government regulations to assure the highest safety for the storage of hazardous liquid chemicals. Our storage tanks are built in upright cylindrical construction with flat bottoms.

Tank shells are manufactured using spiral wound HDPE pipe, providing the highest safety and solid wall thicknesses of up to 4in (100mm).

Process tanks are also available with inclined or conical bottoms. Tank sizes range from approximately 500gal up to 25,000gal. The tanks are usually designed for ambient pressure and temperature and are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.

Storage tank accessories for secure operation

For secure tank operation, various accessories are available, including level gauges and level limit switches, pressure relief valves, siphon devices for safe overhead discharge, leakage alarm systems and further safety features.

Pump skid assemblies and accessories

Schwaben-Kunststoff designs and fabricates pump skid assemblies to handle a wide variety of chemical process applications. The assemblies can be custom-built to your exact requirements. Gas scrubbers for use with storage tanks are provided as standard products, but are also available as customised solutions.

Schwaben-Kunststoff storage tanks and retention tanks are built according to the regulations of the DIBt-Approvals Z-40.21-10 and Z-40.21-120, the DVS 2205 standard and DIN EN 12573. Our manufacturing facilities are continuously monitored in cooperation with the TÜV Süd.
