Forward Moulding will be a division of Francis Ward Limited that specialises in Contract Rotational Moulding
Forward Mouldings purpose is to work in close partnership with our customers to produce exceptional rotational moulded products that meet their needs.
Francis Ward sees contract moulding as an exiting opportunity, that builds on the company’s core competencies, which led Francis Ward to become the leader in the challenging process of rotational moulded intermediate bulk containers and plastic drums for hazardous substances. The step to diversify is to accelerate Francis Ward Limited’s planned strategy for growth.
In the past Francis Ward Limited has done contract moulding work for existing customers, when they have required special products, but has never before offered the service of contract rotational moulding to the market.
FORWARD MOULDING - EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY
- Through parent company Francis Ward Limited there is over 50 years expertise in rotational moulding.
- Variety of machines, from carousels, a clam oven and a shuttle allows Forward moulding to effectively produce products from 100mm up to 3.5m.
- Forward Moulding has an internal design office with SolidWorks to manage projects and provide engineering assistance.
- Has on-site metal fabrication for post moulding operations if required for finished products.
- Design and manufacturing is quality accredited to BSI EN 9001:2000
- Understands the importance of delivery on time and in full.
Through these selling points Forward Mouldings aims to provide a service that gives customers the products they want, when they want them as promised.
