CCR – IBCs Special Paints and Industrial Coatings

All CCR's metallic IBCs are UN 31 A/Y-certified and labelled for shipment of liquid hazardous materials under RID, ADR and IMDG regulations.

CCR proposes a wide range of cylindrical and cubic IBCs available in 304SS – 1,000L capacity. Our IBCs are easy to handle through forklift or transpallet and are stackable to save space.

CUBIC CONTAINERS

We provide a wide range of cubic containers, including the following.

CUBIC IBC – 1,000L IN FRAME

The container is protected against any impacts during handling or transportation with a galvanized steel frame. The working pressure is set at 0.1bar and the manhole is equipped with six swings bolts, a safety valve and a 1in vent positioned on the top part. The bottom discharge comes with a ball valve DN50. Any type of connection can be adapted to match your process.

MC1000 IBC: METER CUBE WITH STEAM HEATING SYSTEM

The MC1000 is available with or without a bottom steam heating system (0.45m²). The working pressure is set at 0.2bar and the manhole is equipped with six swing bolts; the top equipment comes with a 2in x 1.5in socket and a 1in x 2in socket with plug. The 2in SS drain ball valve with adaptor can be delivered with CamLock and a BSP thread.

RAPS: 1,650L IBC WITH SPECIAL PAINT

This cubic IBC is available with or without a mixing device. The manhole is equipped with locking ring and screw locking and the bottom discharge with a specific ball valve DN50 from Mecainox.

CYLINDRICAL CONTAINERS

We also produce cylindrical containers, including the following.

U1000ZC IBC – IN FRAME

The tank is available in 304SS in a galvanized steel frame which protects the container against any impacts during handling or transportation. The working pressure is set at 0.2bar and the manhole is equipped with locking ring and screw locking with an EPDM manhole gasket, safety valve and 1in BSP air inlet. The bottom discharge comes with a DN80 / DN50 butterfly valve.
