CCR Presents its Range of IBCs for Liquid Hazardous Chemicals in Packing Groups II and III

U1000ZV TYPE WITH STEAM HEATING SYSTEM
CCR now introduces its new range of steam-heated containers. The cylinder IBC U1000ZV, in galvanised steel frame, is available in 1,000L in 304SS.
It is easy to handle with a forklift truck or transpallet system thanks to the four lifting eyes and a pallet base handled by four sides. This IBC is stackable as well, to save space (1 + 1 full).
The U1000ZV is equipped with a steam-heating system with double wall in a SS insulation cladding. The MAWP is 0.5bar and vacuum holding 0.05bar. The maximum working temperature is 140°C. The thermic insulation comes with a double wall system and you can easily control the temperature with the thermometer.
The manhole cover comes with six swing bolts with butterfly closings, with PTFE/EPDM gasket. The U1000ZV IBC is equipped with a 1in safety valve set at +0.65bar / -0.05bar, 1in BSP vent with plug, 2in Kamlock couplings for filling and 2in trisure for filling insulation.
The bottom draining system comes with a 3in Ebro butterfly valve with a 2in kamlock adaptor and plug.
The system is ISO 9001, 14001 and CE 0036 approved.
U1000ZE TYPE WITH ELECTRICAL HEATING SYSTEM
CCR proposes containers with an electrical system. The cylinder IBC U1000ZE is available in a 1,000L 304SS version.
The container is protected against any impacts during handling or transportation with a 304SS frame. The U1000ZE comes equipped with an electrical system and thermic insulation with double wall system.
The manhole cover comes with a 2in central trisure and six swing bolts with butterfly closing, and perbunan (NBR) manhole gasket. The top frame comes with four lifting eyes.
The top end is equipped with a 1in safety valve +0.25bar / -0.05bar, 1in BSP vent with plug and a 2in trisure for filling isolation.
The bottom draining system is equipped with a 3in Ebro butterfly valve with a 2in adaptor and plug.
The MAWP is set at 0.3bar and the vacuum holding at 0.05bar. The maximum working temperature is 150°C.
For a safe and easy handling the SS base is supported by four sides with forklift truck or transpallet access, and front and rear anti-falling cross member. The IBC is stackable at 1 + 2 full.
The heating system, NON-EEX, is equipped with an electrical wire of 2,000W and 230V. The temperature can be set from 20°C to 100°C.
It is approved by the ISO 9001 standard.
