Witte innovation makes access to the entire inside of our dryers and coolers faster than any other dryer or cooler on the market. Quite a bold statement? Well in just about the time it takes to read this paragraph, you can undo the Witte C-20 clamps holding the cover down, engage the davit hoist hooks, and raise the cover with the electric hoist.
An option can be provided to lift the conveying surface at the same time as well. With this accomplished, you can inspect the entire inside of the dryer and under the conveying surface as well.
On our competitors dryers you would still be trying to unlatch the access cover and putting on a respirator to enter the drying chamber. This quick access to the inside allows you to observe and clean with a minimum of down-time without having to go inside the dryer itself.
