Geppert - Stirring and Mixing Equipment

Since 1972, Geppert Rührtechnik has been developing, designing and manufacturing stirring and mixing equipment. During this period of time, a series of standards has been set through new developments.

Pug mixers and stirrers

Geppert's product range comprises pug mixers, manual equipment, high-speed stirrers, geared stirrers, container stirrers, top-mounted stirrers, sealed stirrers, drum stirrers, clamp-on stirrers, stand stirrers and large-scale stirrers.

Geppert's range of pug mixers includes portable mixers for semi-fluid and viscous materials; the Pillar, the compact mixer B 404, the compact mixer B 606 and the drum mixer I-200. Further products include:

Explosion-proof stirrers

In addition, Geppert also develops and produces stirrers for special applications in many models. For example, Geppert offers explosion-proof stirrers, stirrers for use in the clean-room area and models in special steels (such as Hastelloy and titanium).

Standard agitator

Geppert manufactures a standard agitator (for high torque transmitting duties) with supporting stool constructions, for use on open-top and enclosed-top vessels operating under atmospheric or pressure-vacuum conditions.

The most popular use for standard agitators is as a top entry or portable clamp on type agitators. They are also suitable for rigid tripod-stand mounting. Principal applications for the standard agitator include:

• Food processing plant

Pneumatic mixers

As part of the Druckluftrührwerke group, Geppert supplies devices for the following applications, according to the appropriate specifications:

• Pneumatic mixer type GLP
• Pneumatic mixer type GRP

Stand stirrers

The agitator floor stand is suitable for general mixing jobs in the chemical, paint, varnish and plastics industries. Available in a stationary or car-type design, the agitator floor stand is made from steel, on an H-type footing for good stability.

The stationary type has four vibration absorbers and the car-type design has wheels run on roller-bearings. Both are constructed as steering rollers with catch and height-adjustment.

Container agitators

Geppert supplies container agitators for a range of applications. These include container mixer type CR, a mixer for one-way mixers and gear-driven agitators for one-way containers.

Type FR drum mixer

Geppert manufactures drum mixers for agitating, homogenising and dissolving of colours, solvents, oils, juices, beverages and other equivalents in non-pressurised original barrels. There is no need for further handling in decanting. All general barrel types of metal or plastic construction can be used - if they are provided with a standard 2in screwed opening.

With the introduction of computer-assisted design and systematic quality control, the name of Geppert Rührtechnik has become well-known for quality, flexibility and reliability. Every Geppert product is subjected to a test run and is appropriately certified before delivery.
