RUBBER NYLON LAMINATED BELTING

Kapurthala Durastic manufactures made-to-order rubber nylon laminated belting in a range of colours and thicknesses to customer specifications.

The characteristics of rubber nylon belts include high elasticity and resistance, high co-efficient of friction, high abrasion resistance, high flexibility and low flex resistance. Rubber nylon belts ensure high productivity, uniform spindle and yarn speed, low energy loss and low noise level.

The company's range of rubber nylon belts are used in tangential drives, main drive belts for spinning and twisting frames, texturising machines, various other drives of textile, paper, engineering industries and as conveyors in soap and detergent industries.

The group manufactures uniaxially oriented polyamide sheets with high tensile strength and flexibility, oriented sheets in continuous width of up to 320mm and extruded sheets in continuous width up to 750mm.

SPECIAL PURPOSE BELTS

The range of special purpose belts includes perforated and serrated belts, thread carrier belts, conveyor tapes, packaging machine belts, printing machine belts, spindle tapes, rubber transmission belts in different plies and conveyor belts with different covers.

SELF ADHESIVE TAPES

The company produces a complete range of BOPP self adhesive tapes. Durastic adhesive tapes are manufactured in widths ranging from 12mm to 1,300mm and thickness range from 25µ to 30µ. Jumbo rolls in length of 650m to 1,000m and thickness range of 25µ and 30µ of BOPP film are also manufactured for big industrial houses. Kapurthala's state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is one of the few in India with facilities for processing film in continuous width of 1,300mm and length of 3,000m.
