ATEX-CERTIFIED PROCESS ANALYZERS

Our process analyzers are either ATEX certified Zone I or Zone II, providing you that extra peace of mind while conforming to the stringent requirements of the ATEX certification.

CONTINUOUS REAL-TIME CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

An example of our process analyzers is the model 9730. Like the whole of our process line, the model 9730’s robust nature and reliability sets it apart from the rest. It is designed to provide continuous, real-time analysis of either sulfur or total organic chloride concentrations.

STANDARD 9730 ANALYZER

The standard 9730 analyzer can monitor one gas stream. Up to five additional streams can be added with the multiple-stream option. No matter what your application is the 9730 is up for the task. Features of the 9730 include:

• Microprocessor-based control system displays concentration data in engineering units
• Built-in control of the 960AMF accurate calibration gas generator
• Interference-free, sensitive and specific Sensi-Tape detection system
• Sample injection using automatic injection valve
• Concentration and alarms diagnostic relay outputs
• NEMA 4 rated enclosure
• One latched 420mA output per stream
• Eight alarm and fault contact relays

Advantages of this product include its low maintenance. It includes a touch screen user interface during service only. During analysis mode, the display shows the sample peak as it elutes to the final sample concentration reading. The product can be linked to a central network (TCP/IP) for remote control, and its ATEX-approved enclosure purge system guarantees safe power-up. Further benefits include optional modbus-RTV interface, and safe system shutdown in the event of a power loss.

LABORATORY LIQUID AND GAS ANALYZERS

Until now, meeting the analytical requirements for detection of ppb or ppm levels of impurities in polymer-grade ethylene and propylene posed a significant challenge. The recent introduction of C.I. Analytics SuperC AMF multi-element analyzer brought this challenge to a level of simplicity.

The SuperC AMF is a fully automated multi-element analyzer. It allows the precise quantification of many impurities in the target gas in liquid or gas analysis. SuperC AMF meets the requirements to detect ultra-low-level of impurities in polymer-grade ethylene, propylene and light hydrocarbons.

WINDOWS-BASED CALIBRATION ANALYSIS

The analyzer comes calibrated for analysis of one specific impurity and capable of measuring up to 12 different impurities. Switching between them is quick and simple. The Windows-based application helps you select a different calibration curve. Change the detection tape and you are done. Advantages of the SuperC AMF include:
