THERMAL OIL HEATERS - OIL / GAS FIRED

The Thermotech thermal oil heating systems essentially comprises fully-automatic packaged oil /gas fired units for various applications in industries.

THERMAL OIL HEATERS - SOLID FUEL FIRED

The liquid fuel crisis and drive to cut operating costs encouraged us to develop Thermotech's unique fluidized bed combustion technology with integral furnace in a vertical four-pass flue gas unit. The technology ensures complete combustion for solid fuels with virtually no wastage.

Capacity: up to 10 million kcal/hr

Temperature: up to 300°C - 380°C

Fuels: coal, wood waste, petroleum coke, rice husk, cotton stalk, coffee husk, coconut waste, etc.

AIR HEATERS - OIL / GAS FIRED

The Thermotech hot air generator is a multi-pass indirect oil / gas fired system comprising of a combustion chamber fabricated out of stainless steel plate, with adequate volume as per capacity and an expansion bellow to withstand thermal expansion. The fresh air is passed in counter-current flow of the flue gases to improve heat transfer co-efficient.

Capacity: up to 5 million kcal/hr

Temperature: up to 500°C

WATER HEATERS - OIL / GAS / SOLID FUEL FIRED

The Thermotech Watertherm is a compact, fully-automatic package hot water generator comprising of three pass-three start helical coil type heat exchangers, monoblock imported burner and a centrifugal water circulation pump mounted on a common base frame.

Watertherm can be installed near the utility. It can supply hot water up to 90°C ideal for hotels, hospitals, residential complexes, laundries, dairies, etc. Watertherm is also available for high temperatures up to 140°C.

STEAM BOILERS - OIL / GAS FIRED

Thermotech has introduced reverse flame technology in non-IBR steam boilers, which enables maximum heat absorption in the furnace giving highly consistent efficiency. The flame reverses in an airtight membrane-wall helical coil furnace giving ample residence time for complete combustion and extensive radiant heat absorption.

All RF models are package type, fully-automatic steam boilers, comprising of a membrane-type helical coil housed in an insulated shell assembly, with feed water pre-heater, triplex plunger pump, blower fan, fuel pump, optimizer and a control panel board mounted on a common base frame. The steam boiler can be installed near the utility.
