HEAT TRANSFER SUPPORT

Super Radiator Coils’ customers benefit from a wide range of coil products, optional features, heat transfer knowledge, engineering, and customized services that only a company with three fully equipped, diversified facilities, can offer. We are heat transfer specialists.

With over 225,000ft² of space and 325 employees, we operate three strategically US facilities located in Chaska, Minnesota (near Minneapolis), Richmond, Virginia and Phoenix, Arizona. Each location is fully staffed with its own engineering, fabrication and customer service department, and is equipped with duplicate tooling to provide backup manufacturing capabilities.

CUSTOMIZED METAL COILS

Super Radiator Coils offers many different coil products options. We can produce coils out of a variety of materials including copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, carbon steel hot-dipped galvanized, super austenitic, hastelloy, cupro-nickel and AL-6XN.

Our coils come with a standard round manifold design with available MPT, FPT, plain/sweat, ANSI-flange, Henry-flange, or Victaulic connections. We also provide plug box, removable waterbox, slab head, D-shaped, and removable cover manifolds as well. We pride ourselves in design, engineering, fabrication and service. We have a library of coil performance computer programs to solve the toughest heat transfer application.
