BACKFLUSHABLE MICRO FILTER SYSTEM

The backflushable micro filter system is designed for the requirements of industrial filtration - high volume flows and long filter service lives - with a degree of filtration ranging from 1µm-10µm (finest/micro filtration). High-porous stainless steel depth filters show a maximum dirt uptaking capacity. Problematic finest sludges (e.g. in phosphate bathes or during the filtration of algae) are separated without any loss of medium.

AUTOMATIC BACKFLUSH FILTER

The backflush fully automatic filter is used as a pre-filter, safety and product filter in metallurgical or smelting plants and rolling mills, chemical and petrochemical plants, paper and cellulose factories and conventional and nuclear power stations. Among the successful solutions are installations of automatic filters for seawater, offshore on platforms or onshore for cooling waters in power plants.

The type30 backflush filter is designed for fully automatic backflushing cleaning without interruption of the filtration process. The filter is useable for high flow rates and defined filter finesses from 0.025mm up to 5mm and for special cases down to 0.010mm (0.005mm) with filter fabrics.

WEDGE WIRE FILTERS

Wedge wire filters can be successfully used in all situations where filters are required to handle liquids of high or low viscosity with an extremely high degree of reliability and economy despite high levels of dirt accumulation. They guarantee automatic cleaning without foreign liquids and without interrupting the filtration process.

They can be used as intake and discharge filters, pre-filters, safety or product filters for the filtration of oils, greases, paints, food products, water, fuels, liquid cooling agents and chemicals.

MODULAR FILTER SYSTEMS / FEED FILTER SYSTEMS

An automatic filter system for the filtration of hydrocarbons, water and chemicals. This system can be cleaned automatically without interrupting the filtration process. Due to the modular system a wide range of flow rates with variable extensions are possible.

Type28/29 is suitable for high loads of solids and achieves filter fineness from 1micron to 100micron. Continuous filtration and backflushing are guaranteed even at low filtration flow rates. References include Shell, Petrobras (Netherlands) and Elf/Mider (Brazil).

GRAVITY BELT FILTER OR PRESSURE BELT FILTER IN STAINLESS STEEL

The gravity belt filter uses a very simple filtration principle for a variety of processes, such as waste water recovery and the filtration of granulates from PET and nylon production. Filter fineness depends on the build up of the filter cake and filter paper being used and can be as good as 10µm. Applicable to processes up to 80°C. Filter surfaces of up to 11m² are available.

For higher solid contents and for high flow rates pressure belt filters can be used and equipped with filter media of nylon or non-woven fabric.

The complete range of filters and separators such as coalescers, cartridge filters, strainers, sieve basket and bag filters, sieve cylinder filters and pre-coat filters belong to the product program as well.
