Carbis Filtration offer automatic circular TIG welding of medium to large batch quantities of metal components. We have experience of welding bar to tube, rings, flanges and collars to round bar and tube in materials such as Aluminium, 304/316SS, Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy and Inconel. We offer a solution to high volume production of complex welded parts using fully automated welding lathes, the repeatability and consistent high quality welds produced results in fewer rejects and faster production.
We offer circumferential welds on a wide range of component diameters and lengths, with material thickness from 1 to 8 mm, aluminium welds can be produced autogenously or with filler wire using the cold wire feed system.
