Beijing Tianjiu Chemical Technology specialises in the manufacturing and exporting of tower packings and column internals, chemical equipment and anticorrosion equipment, which are widely used in the fields of oil refinery, petrochemical industry, chemical industry and air pollution control.

TOWER PACKING AND COLUMN INTERNALS

Tower packing and column internals are widely used for chemical separation, purification and air pollution control. Tower packings includes Saddle rings, ladder ring, rashing rings, cross rings, structured packing (ZUPAK, DAPAK) which are made of the metallic, ceramic and plastic materials. The tower internals includes: demister, trough type liquid distributor, trough-tray type liquid distributor, radial gas distributor, vane liquid collector, packings supports and limiters. MULTI-CHANNEL BRICKS - CERAMICS HONEYCOMB

The multi-channel bricks are made of cordierite and porcelain. Its shapes are rectangular, cylinder and ellipse. For the rectangular multi-channel bricks, the size is 150mm x 150mm x 50mm to 300mm. The channels are 20 x 20, 25 x 25, 35 x 35, 40 x 40, 59 x 59, 100CPSI, 200CPSI, 300CPSI and 400CPSI. The size of cylinder or ellipse multi-channel bricks is 50mm to 150mm x 50mm to 200mm, channels are: 100CPSI, 200CPSI, 300CPSI and 400CPSI.

CATALYST CARRIERS AND BED MATERIALS - HI-ALUMINA BALLS, CERAMIC BALLS AND REFRACTORY BALLS

We provide α, β, γ-Al2O3+TiO2+SiO2 and Al2O3+TiO2 catalyst carriers, which would be used in the oil refinery, petrochemical industry and chemical industry. Alumina catalyst carriers, which contain above 95% Al2O3, take the shapes of ball, cylinder palette and rash rings. Hi-alumina balls (Al2O3 85% to 95%), ceramic balls (Al2O3 18% to 45%) and refractory balls, which act as supporting, bed materials for the catalyst in reactors. They have the characteristics of high temperature resistance and high-pressure resistance. The diameter size we manufacture is from 3mm to 50mm.

ANTI-CORROSION EQUIPMENT

Our anti-corrosion equipment consists of acid-resistant ceramic bricks and plates, carbon bricks, graphite heat exchanger, graphite reactor, graphite pump, glass lined equipment, glass lined reactor, glass lined tanks, glass lined exchanger, glass lined pump, valves and tubes, FRP tank, FRP pump, FRP tube, plastic (PP, PVDF, PTFE and rubber) lined tank, pump, tube and valves, and PTFE heat exchanger.

MOLECULAR SIEVES

We supply 3A, 4A, 5A and 13X molecular sieves, which are used for the drying and purification of industrial gases.
