OXYGEN DETECTION USING ZIRCONIA CERAMIC

For oxygen analysers used in flammable gas-free gas streams, we recommend zirconia-based instruments. Our Model 800 series is ideally suited for oxygen detection in these environments.

The 800 series can be configured with alarms and analogue outputs and RS-232 communications. The 800 also enables you to select the best way to record readings and control your chemical process.

OXYGEN ANALYSIS USING ELECTROCHEMICAL CELLS

Low oxygen measurement down to 0.01ppm is possible with our Model 900 range of oxygen analysers. Designed with low-level oxygen detection in mind, the 900 caters for a full selection of exact gas analysis requirements. The 900 displays the remaining cell life, so that the user is always in total control of the gas analysis process.

Systech's Race Cell technology ensures the rapid measurement of low-level oxygen, starting from ambient air levels. Our technology maintains response times that are unsurpassed within the chemicals industry.

PARAMAGNETIC OXYGEN ANALYSIS

For oxygen analysis in dirty gas streams, the Model 700 series of paramagnetic oxygen analysers is perfect. Due to the non-depletive nature of the sensor, running costs for oxygen analysis are very low.

This instrument is excellent for the measurement of oxygen purity, and other high percentage oxygen detection applications. Like all Systech gas analysers, the 700 can be configured to detect and record oxygen levels in a customised way.

HERSCH CELL PPB OXYGEN ANALYSER

For very low levels of oxygen measurement, we can provide our Model 276 oxygen analyser which will measure oxygen levels down to parts per billion (ppb).

Based on electrolytic chemical reactions, the detection of parts per billion oxygen levels is possible due to the precision manufacturing of the oxygen analyser.

MOISTURE ANALYSIS PPM AND DEWPOINT DETECTION

Accurate moisture measurement of dewpoint or parts per million is an area of expertise for our moisture analysers. Thanks to electrolytic detection, our Model 500 moisture analysers offer outstanding accuracy and repeatability. Specifically configured to the user's moisture detection needs, the Model 500 can provide moisture analysis for many applications.

BINARY GAS ANALYSER - THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY GAS ANALYSIS

Our Model 542 thermal conductivity gas analyser is perfect for measuring quantities of one gas in another gas. This product works on the principle that different gases can be detected as a result of their different thermal conductivities. Typical examples include measuring helium in nitrogen or argon, methane in nitrogen or argon, or any other mixture that contains gases with differing thermal conductivities.
