StoneL I/O Modules Connect Discrete and Analog Instruments to FOUNDATION Fieldbus Segments
StoneL’s FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF) I/O modules in the FieldLink product line are available with multiple input and output combinations for both discrete and analog applications. Modules may be selected in Din rail mount configuration or as an assembly in one of StoneL’s rugged enclosures suitable for general purpose and hazardous process environments.
Select from module options including:
- Bus powered discrete I/O (2-DI and 2-DO) All power is derived from the bus
- Externally powered output discrete I/O (2-DI and 2-DO) Power for inputs is derived from the bus and external power is separately connected to the module to boost the output for driving relays or solenoids
- Externally powered discrete and analog I/O (2-DI, 2-DO, 1-AI and 1-AO) Features the same capabilities for the discretes as No. 2 but also accepts a 4-20mA input and drives a 4-20mA output
- Externally powered relay module (2-DI, 2-DO relay outputs, 1-AI and 1-AO) Functions identically to No. 3 but integrates two relays, capable of switching up to 2Amps@120/240VAC, which are driven by the discrete outputs
