Multi-Tech Devices manufactures flow switches, flow indicators and pneumatic proximity switches (also known as air limiter and paddle type flow switches). Our products are used in a wide range of process technology industries including welding, pharmaceutical, automobile, textile, chemical and machine tool industries.

INDICATING TYPE FLOW SWITCHES

Multi-Tech Devices' magnetically actuated WFS series of indicating type flow switches are used for the positive detection of fluid flow. The magnetically actuated indicating type flow switches are used to detect water, kerosene, lubricating oils of low viscosity, etc. The magnetically actuated WFS series - indicating type flow switches are available in 1/4in, 3/8in, 1/2in, 3/4in and 1in BSP suitable sizes. Flow ranges from 1L/min to 150L/min.

PNEUMATIC PROXIMITY SWITCHES (AIR CATCH SENSORS)

The company offers backpressure pneumatic proximity switches also known as part seat check switches that provide electrical signals through change over contact. The switch actuates on the backpressure developed by the air jet impact on the object.

MINIATURE FLOW SWITCHES

The magnetically actuated miniature flow switches FS - 3BCA are used for positive detection of fluid flow. The magnetically actuated miniature flow switches FS - 3BCA are used to detect water, kerosene, very low viscosity lubricating oils, gas / air, etc.

The FS - 4BCAS magnetically actuated miniature flow switch is designed to detect water, kerosene, very low viscosity lubricating oils, gas / air, etc. This product is equipped with an hermetically sealed reed switch, DIN 43650-PG-9 connector and IP 65 protection class.

The FS-3B miniature flow switch is used to detect water, kerosene, very low viscosity lubricating oils, gas / air, etc.

PADDLE TYPE FLOW SWITCH

Multi-Tech Devices offers paddle type flow switches which are rugged in construction. The bellow sealed paddle type flow switch is used in fluid lines carrying non-hazardous fluids such as water, ethyleneglycol and kerosene.

The paddle type flow switch is equipped with microswitch sensor with changeover contact (SPDT or DPDT) and 'T' connector.

PADDLE WHEEL BALL AND BALL TYPE FLOW INDICATORS

The paddle wheel flow indicator FI-10W/15W is used for optical flow indication. It is equipped with a rectangular housing featuring two opposite, transparent windows that contains a paddle wheel.

We also manufacture a range of ball type flow indicators that are suitable for use in low-pressure applications.
