CUSTOM-ENGINEERED SEALS

Some of the most important components for increasing overall efficiency are the seals within your compressors. The key to maximizing efficiency is in installing seals that can run with close clearances and maintain these clearances, even after a normal rub occurs.

TCE provides seals made from Torlon, PEEK and Fluorosint, to meet this requirement. If the shaft contacts rotating or stationary labyrinths made from these thermoplastics, they are more forgiving than aluminium. At TCE, we pride ourselves on being the largest and most experienced manufacturers of thermoplastic seals.
