After manufacturing our first compressor in 1924, MYCOM / Mayekawa Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has steadily grown to be one of the largest manufacturers of industrial refrigeration equipment and process gas compression systems in the world.

Due to the simple and robust design of the oil flooded screw compressors and reciprocating compressors, MYCOM has been successful in a wide variety of applications from simple industrial refrigeration to highly specified offshore petrochemical process gas compression services.

To better serve our customers in the chemical, petrochemical and severe duty markets, MYCOM / Mayekawa Chemical Process Division has been formed in world major locations such as Tokyo, Los Angeles and Brussels. MYCOM's full range of refrigeration and compression

MYCOM has been continuously developing new varieties of its compressor models and achieved the widest range in the industry up to the world's fastest rotor tip speed screw compressor - the 400 series.

These are screw, single stage compressors, with a swept volume from 196 to 13,820m³/hr. MYCOM has also developed two stage compound compressors for both low inlet pressure and high compression ratio, maximizing efficiency with a simple one casing, single driven shaft package design.

For the smaller capacity ranges and light chemical applications, reciprocating refrigeration compressors are still popular. MYCOM's K-type till 16WB covers the range from 50 to 2,000m³/hr. For petrochemical and heavy duty services, MYCOM specializes in providing screw compressors in conformity with API-619 requirements, including cast steel casings, forged steel rotors, tilting pad thrust bearings and more professional options.
