HEAT EXCHANGERS

We supply shell and tube type heat exchangers for chillers, condensers intercoolers, aftercoolers and water coolers for large generating sets up to 5,000kVA. The shell and tube types of heat exchangers are widely used in furnaces, motors, stationary compressors, chemical plants, cement factories, petrochemicals types manufacturing units, etc. We are one of the leading manufacturers of chemical plant machineries / equipment in heat transfer units such as heat exchangers (both air cooled heat exchangers and water cooled heat exchangers).

AIR COOLED HEAT EXCHANGERS

We design and manufacture air cooled heat exchangers using various finned tubes. Made of different materials, the air cooled heat exchangers are thermally efficient. We use copper, SS 304/ 316, CS, MS, brass, cupro-nickel and aluminium for the air cooled heat exchangers.

The air cooled heat exchangers come with a wide variety of internal and external fin patterns. Fins in the air cooled heat exchangers are laid between aluminium braze sheets and fitted with header and face bars.

FINNED TUBES

We supply various types of finned tubes. We customise finned tubes as per customer specifications. Our wide range of finned tubes includes:

INTERCOOLERS / AFTERCOOLERS

Chintamani Thermal Technologies provides air cooled intercoolers and aftercoolers at global quality standards. We offer intercoolers and aftercoolers bundles for various centrifugal compressors. We also design intercoolers and aftercoolers as per our customer specifications. Our air cooled intercoolers and aftercoolers are available with capacities up to 120,000m³/hr. We provide air coolers for air and gas cooling and aftercoolers and intercoolers for oxygen plant.

OIL COOLERS

Our oil coolers are used for cooling oil and hydraulic fluids in engines, hydraulic pumps and other equipment. Chintamani offers a wide range of oil coolers for various applications such as air cooled and water cooled transmission. We also provide exclusive oil coolers for specific requirements of our customers. Our oil coolers are suitable for indigenous engines and imported machines as well.

COOLING COILS

We offer cooling coils for industrial and domestic air-conditioners. Our cooling coils are extensively used in air cooled condensers and evaporators. We exclusively manufacture customised cooling coils with the coils sized to match the cooling requirements.

RADIATORS

We offer radiators for several applications in various industries. Our heavy duty radiators for industrial engines are used in compressors (200CFM to 900CFM), cranes, bulldozers, dumpers, diesel generating sets (5HP to 1,000HP), loaders, excavators, etc.

We have supplied radiators to reputed organisations such as Kirloskar Pneumatics, Indian Railways, defence units, refineries, automobile, chemical plants, sugar factories, etc. Our industrial radiators are extensively used in air compressors, earth moving equipment, alternators and engines.
