AERZEN GR/GQ PROCESS GAS POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT BLOWERS

Our positive displacement blowers for conveyance and compression of process gas are available in a wide range of sizes and materials to suit the application. They have the following qualities:

• Rotary-lobe design
• GR from 100m³/hr to 50,000m³/hr up to 800mbar
• GQ from 1,500³hr to 100,000m³/hr up to 1,200mbar (up to 2.4bar in double stage configuration possible)
• Oil-free, robust and reliable design
• Positive displacement principle
• Insensitive to impurities in the gas such as particles of dust, tar, dirt or liquid
• Suitable for continuous liquid injection for gas cooling or for cleaning of the conveying chamber
• Useable for nearly all technical gases and gas mixtures in all industrial ranges
• Ideal for gases with negative intake temperature
• Optimal for high intake temperatures up to 110°C
• Separately arranged convening chamber allows complete separation between all parts in contact with the gas and oil and bearing chambers

AERZEN VRA PROCESS GAS SCREW COMPRESSORS

Aerzen gas screw compressors are individually designed for installation in single or multiple-stage applications. Based on the VRa compressor block with accessories to suit the individual requirements of the application and provide a package solution. They enable:

• Dry compression of process gas, conveying medium will not be contaminated
• Suitable for oil-free compression of every gas type in the chemical and petro-chemical industry
• Can be manufactured to meet API, DIN/EURO, NACE, AD, TEMA, ASME standards
• Range of models available from 550m³/hr to 120,000m³/hr at 3.5bar
• Suitable for other industrial applications such as refrigeration, evaporation, mining, metallurgy etc
• Typically up to 12bar compression, but 40bar possible as multistage

AERZEN VMY OIL INJECTED PROCESS GAS SCREW COMPRESSORS

'VMY gas compressors are typically used in closed loop refridgeration systems, as well as chemical and process gas applications offer an integrated hydraulically actuated slide valve to regulate capacity between 20%-100%. The features of our gas screw compressors include:

• Flow rates from 500m³/hr to 8,900m³/hr
• Pressures typically to 20bar
• Intake pressures on vacuum application up to 1bara
• Oil injection lubricates and removes compression heat
• Oil separated by oil reservoir and oil and gas separator, achieving greater than 1ppm, typically more than 5ppm
• Oil system complete with pump, filter, valves etc as standard
• Low noise as standard, similar to motor
• Options include acoustic hood, drive motor, integrated gas cooler
• Can be manufactured to meet API, DIN/EURO, NACE, AD, TEMA, ASME standards

AERZEN ROTARY PISTON GAS METERS

Our gas meters are used for reliable measuring of gaseous medium. They operate according to the positive displacement principle using rotary pistons in closed piping systems with the following features:

• 0.65m³/hr to 6,500m³/hr capacity
• Suitable for all non-corrosive gases
